Terms, Privacy, and Refunds.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wedding Timeline Builder, the web application and related services available at WeddingTimelineBuilder.com (the "Service").

The Service is operated by Morningside Films LLC ("we", "us", "our"), based in Minnesota, United States.

By accessing, creating an account for, subscribing to, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

01 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

You agree to provide accurate and complete account information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law, including United States export control or sanctions laws.

02 Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for restricting access to your devices.

You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

03 Subscriptions and Billing

The Service may be offered under multiple plans, including recurring monthly subscriptions and one-time purchase plans.

Pricing is displayed on the pricing page and may change over time. Price changes apply prospectively to new subscriptions unless otherwise stated. Existing subscribers will receive advance notice of material pricing changes affecting their subscription.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund billing periods that have already begun.

Lifetime plans are one-time purchases that grant access for the commercially reasonable operational lifetime of the Service. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. If we ever discontinue the Service, we will provide reasonable advance notice (where practical) and a data export option, but we are not obligated to refund Lifetime purchases beyond the 14-day window described in the Refund Policy. We do not guarantee perpetual operation of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, storage limits, integrations, usage allowances, and plan structures as the Service evolves.

04 Your Content

You retain ownership of the wedding timelines, vendor details, schedules, notes, uploads, and other content you create or store within the Service ("Your Content").

We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, back up, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for:

• The legality and accuracy of Your Content
• Maintaining your own backups where necessary
• Verifying timelines, schedules, and vendor coordination independently
• Ensuring Your Content does not infringe the rights of others

We are not responsible for lost data, corrupted data, outdated exports, missed reminders, scheduling conflicts, vendor disputes, venue issues, transportation delays, acts of weather, human error, or reliance on timelines generated through the Service without independent verification.

PDF exports, schedules, reminders, and notifications are snapshots in time and may become outdated if changes occur after export or delivery.

05 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Access the Service using bots, crawlers, automated scripts, or scraping systems except as expressly authorized
• Circumvent authentication, rate limits, subscription restrictions, or security protections
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, phishing attempts, or unlawful content
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Resell, sublicense, lease, or share access outside your business or household
• Upload infringing, defamatory, unlawful, or malicious content
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform or its users

We may investigate and take action against violations, including suspension or termination of access.

06 Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, interface design, branding, graphics, copy, features, databases, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

07 DMCA and Copyright Complaints

If you believe content hosted through the Service infringes your copyright, contact support@weddingtimelinebuilder.com with:

• Your contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work
• The allegedly infringing material
• A statement made in good faith
• A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate

We may remove allegedly infringing material and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

08 Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the Service operational and reliable, but availability is not guaranteed.

The Service may experience interruptions caused by maintenance, outages, software issues, third-party failures, internet disruptions, or events beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove features at any time.

Beta, experimental, early-access, or preview features are provided as-is and may be changed or removed without notice.

We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, outages, delayed notifications, or discontinued features.

09 Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and related functions. We are not responsible for failures, outages, data loss, downtime, security incidents, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers. 10 Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Data will never be lost
• Notifications or reminders will always be delivered
• Timelines will be accurate or conflict-free
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

The Service is a planning tool only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, operational, wedding planning, or event coordination advice.

11 Limitation of Liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Morningside Films LLC, its owners, affiliates, contractors, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your infringement of third-party rights

13 Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• You initiate abusive chargebacks
• You create security risks
• You misuse subscriptions
• You damage or threaten the Service or its users

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service ends
• Your subscription may be canceled
• Your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, backup integrity, or security purposes.

14 Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

15 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Internet outages
• Cyberattacks
• Labor disputes
• Government actions
• Infrastructure failures
• Power outages
• Cloud provider failures
• War
• Pandemics

16 Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing, or corporate restructuring.

You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent.

17 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully enforceable.

18 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We store the timelines, vendor data, schedules, notes, and related content you create in order to provide synchronization, account access, and backup functionality.

Usage Analytics

We use privacy-focused analytics through Cloudflare Web Analytics.

We receive aggregate usage metrics such as:

• Page views
• Referring sites
• Approximate country-level location data

We do not run advertising trackers or fingerprint users.

Support Correspondence

We retain support emails and related communications to provide customer support and improve the Service.

02 How We Use Information

• Operate and maintain the Service

• Process subscriptions and billing
• Provide customer support

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically return to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

02 Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Most issues can be resolved faster directly through support.

Chargebacks may result in temporary or permanent account suspension during investigation.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in denial of future access to the Service.

03 Refund Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases involving:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Repeated refund requests
• Violations of the Terms
• Excessive platform misuse
• Chargeback abuse

04 EU and UK Consumers

Where applicable under EU or UK law, consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights for digital services.

By accessing or using the Service immediately after purchase, you may waive portions of those rights where permitted by law.

We will honor legally required withdrawal rights where applicable.

05 Service Outages

If a prolonged outage materially prevents use of a paid plan, contact support and we may provide a prorated credit, extension, or refund at our discretion.

06 Subscription Cancellation Clarification

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions managed through Paddle.

You remain responsible for canceling recurring subscriptions before renewal dates.
