Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wedding Timeline Builder, the web application and related services available at WeddingTimelineBuilder.com (the "Service").

The Service is operated by Morningside Films LLC ("we", "us", "our"), based in Minnesota, United States.

By accessing, creating an account for, subscribing to, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

01 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

You agree to provide accurate and complete account information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law, including United States export control or sanctions laws.

02 Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for restricting access to your devices.

You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

03 Subscriptions and Billing

The Service may be offered under multiple plans, including recurring monthly subscriptions and one-time purchase plans.

Pricing is displayed on the pricing page and may change over time. Price changes apply prospectively to new subscriptions unless otherwise stated. Existing subscribers will receive advance notice of material pricing changes affecting their subscription.

Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's terms and policies.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund billing periods that have already begun.

Lifetime plans are one-time purchases that grant access for the commercially reasonable operational lifetime of the Service. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. If we ever discontinue the Service, we will provide reasonable advance notice (where practical) and a data export option, but we are not obligated to refund Lifetime purchases beyond the 14-day window described in the Refund Policy. We do not guarantee perpetual operation of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, storage limits, integrations, usage allowances, and plan structures as the Service evolves.

04 Your Content

You retain ownership of the wedding timelines, vendor details, schedules, notes, uploads, and other content you create or store within the Service ("Your Content").

We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, back up, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for:

We are not responsible for lost data, corrupted data, outdated exports, missed reminders, scheduling conflicts, vendor disputes, venue issues, transportation delays, acts of weather, human error, or reliance on timelines generated through the Service without independent verification.

PDF exports, schedules, reminders, and notifications are snapshots in time and may become outdated if changes occur after export or delivery.

07 DMCA and Copyright Complaints

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and related functions. We are not responsible for failures, outages, data loss, downtime, security incidents, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
  • MISSED EVENTS
  • SCHEDULING FAILURES
  • VENDOR DISPUTES
  • EVENT DELAYS
  • PERSONAL OR COMMERCIAL LOSSES

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM
  • ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100)

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO STOP USING IT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
